TAKE A BREAK, BUT DON’T BREAK!!!!

We all struggle with finding that inspiration again once it is lost.

We tend to get distracted with worldly things, life’s challenges, pauses, and the lack of motivation when it comes to pursuing our art, creations, goals, and our ultimate dreams at times! We get so hard on ourselves because of this, and find it difficult to jump back into the swing of things after buiding so much momentum and potential with our creations and creative platforms.

The guilt weighs heavy, and you suddenly need to find a new way to start over again, and to find that same (or new) flame of passion inside of you so that you can keep on going with bringing your ideas to life!

This session will explore the comfortability one should have with taking a break from what we’ve created/our platforms without the guilt, and finding new ways to get back into it when the time feels right inside after a brief pause or setback ocurrs.

Taking a break is always fine, but breaking isn’t – and by “Breaking”, we mean giving up.
